Nanak's appetizers and snacks include Paneer Pakora, Bread Pakora, Aloo Tikki, and Veggie Kebabs. They are great to serve in parties, or to nibble on in between meals.
Paneer Pakora (Approximately 12 Pieces)
Paneer Pakoras are made with cubes of paneer marinated in mint sauce and battered in chick pea flour with a blend of Indian spices and deep fried. They are excellent as a snack, or as an appetizer for parties. They are enjoyed by people throughout South Asia.
